Well this week I was introduced to the wonderful world of Ikea. Now for some time I had been an internet window shopper with them until recently when they opened the first store in Atlanta. I actually planned a trip to visit the store during the time that "Dennis the Menace" was knocking down Atlanta but nothing was going to stop us, I wanted to go and by golly I was going to.
For those of you not familiar with IKEA let me just open your eyes....it's a furniture/kitchen/office/living space store that has numerous inexpensive things. Now notice I didn't say "CHEAP" but inexpensive. I would highly recommend it to anyone who plans on purchasing anything. It's about the size of a football field with 3 levels. There are model rooms that say "What it would be like to live in 372 square feet" and in that space they are able to create all the living space necessary for a person. It's CRAZY!! Not to mention that the prices are out of this world on some seriously modern contemporary things. I would highly recommend it as a tourist trap the next time you all visit Atlanta...it's the new "hip" thang to do.

HEY Sara! I was introduced to IKEA about 2 weeks ago and I LOVE IT!! IT is awesome. I have just been online shopping for it. But I want to go to ATL and see for myself! If I go I will let ya know. Maybe we can go hold each other accountable for our $$$$!!!! HAHA!
